Submitting Exchanges and Refunds
- Currently, phone consultation is difficult. You can receive an answer via e-mail.
Customer center operations are available from 11 am to 3 pm. We do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1. If there is a problem with the product you received, please submit a CS application within 7 days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges may be difficult if returned without submitting an exchange/refund application.
2. If you submit the CS application according to the guide in number 1, an e-mail will be sent to guide you through the exchange and refund procedures. These mails will be sent sequentially within 1-3 business days. Responses may be delayed if there are many inquiries.
In case of urgent exchange or return, please return it to the address below after receiving the CS application. All products are eligible for exchange or refund after inspection.

3. If the product has been opened or used, exchange or refund due to simple personal change of mind is not possible. In addition, if the package is not opened, the return shipping cost must be borne by the consumer.
