3. If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact the store's customer service center within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Problems eligible for refund/exchange: Product damage (wrinkled, wet, torn, cracked, etc.) / Missing ordered product / Poorly printed product, incorrect delivery, etc.
- In case of simple change of mind, exchange/refund is possible only for unopened products.
