Thank you for visiting Pattes de Mouches. Please read the following guidelines and precautions carefully for a better shopping experience.

1. Shipping Information

Domestic Delivery (South Korea)

Carriers: GS Postbox (CJ Logistics) or Korea Post.

Shipping Fees: Standard fee is 4,000 KRW (An additional 500 KRW applies to Jeju Island and mountainous areas).

For bulky or heavy items, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, you can check the details through the options or notices on the order page before purchasing.

Delivery Period: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Total delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

International Delivery

Carrier: Korea Post EMS (International Parcel).

Shipping Fees: Costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.

Delivery Period: It takes at least 10 days or more depending on the destination. You can track the entire shipping process via the international tracking number.

Important Notice: In-person pickup (direct collection) is not available for any items.

2. Product Notice (Non-defective Items)

The following occurrences are natural results of the manufacturing process or material characteristics and do not qualify as defects:

Paper Goods (Postcards, Memo pads, etc.): Minor spots, 1–2mm cutting margins, or small specks inherent to the paper texture.

Small Goods (Plastic, Metal, Rubber, etc.): Minor scratches, dents, parting lines (mold lines), or slight smudging/blurring of paint or print due to the molding and production process.

Handmade & Mass Production: For products involving manual processes, the shape, pattern, or color may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Monitor Environment: Colors may appear differently depending on your monitor’s resolution and settings.

3. Usage & Care Instructions

Age Recommendation: These products are intended for ages 14 and up. Please keep them out of reach of infants and young children.

Writing Instruments: Some ballpoint pens come with a protective tip (silicone cap) on the nib. Please remove it before use.

User Responsibility: Please review the content of your postcards to ensure they are appropriate for the recipient. The brand is not responsible for any issues arising from the user’s message or image selection.

4. Exchange & Return Policy

Defective or Incorrect Items: Please contact the retailer’s customer center or our CS email within 7 days of receipt.

Eligible for Exchange/Refund: Significant damage (tears, cracks, etc.), missing items, or incorrect deliveries.

Change of Mind: Possible within 7 days only for unopened products. The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.

Returns are not accepted if the product's value is diminished by opening or damaging the package (header tags, plastic wrap, poster tubes, etc.).

5. Packaging Guide

Postcards & Small Goods: Protected with a transparent sleeve and a paper header featuring the brand's unique graphics.

Large Posters (A3 or larger): Delivered in a durable Poster Tube to prevent creases.

Information Labels: Labels may be provided in English only or a bilingual (Korean/English) version. The core information remains identical.

6. Copyright & Customer Service

Copyright: All products and designs of Pattes de Mouches are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Customer Service: We are currently unable to provide phone consultations. All inquiries are handled via emailin the order they are received to ensure accurate records and support.
